Photographic archive
It is possible to request photographic reproductions of works belonging to Musei Civici di Vicenza preserved in the archive or the execution of reproductions from scratch. To submit the request for digital reproduction and/or authorization for publication, it is necessary to fill out the following form requesting image reproductions and rates and send it to the email ecimenti@comune.vicenza.it
Payment method: pagoPA, based on a payment notice that will be provided if there are costs related to image rights and the granting of museum spaces.

Loans
Artworks from the collections of Musei Civici di Vicenza can be requested on loan for temporary exhibitions. Requests must be sent at least 6 months before the opening day of the exhibition with the following documentation: loan request, scientific project, list (even provisional) of the planned works, facility report of the exhibition venue, loan form. For exhibitions held abroad, please note that the Italian Ministry of Culture requires the release of Immunity from Seizure by the corresponding foreign Ministry.

Concessions for museum and monumental spaces
For the organization of conferences, meetings, ceremonies, events and shows, it is possible to request a concession for the use of spaces managed by the cultural and museum activities service. In the cases provided for by law, the application involves the application of two 16-euro stamps in addition to the payment of the expected charges.

Upon reservation, the Municipality of Vicenza makes the following museums available for wedding and civil union celebrations, at the times and costs indicated:
Basilica Palladiana (Terrace or Domus Comestabilis in case of rain)
Thursday from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm: fee 2,000 euros
Saturday from 11 am to 12:30 pm: fee 2,000 euros
Garden of Teatro Olimpico (Odeo in case of bad weather)
Thursday from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm: fee 1,000 euros
Saturday from 11 am to 12 pm: fee 1,000 euros
Palazzo Chiericati (San Bartolomeo Hall)
